A retail client was in the process of upgrading their data management and ETL environments to a current version and needed to develop new ETL jobs to load into an analytics appliance. Concord was engaged to review existing environments, code assets and processes to identify issues that may be encountered during the upgrade. Concord laid out the foundation for an upgraded enterprise ETL environment and established best practices for a successful rollout.

Concord provided an ETL expert to review existing environments, assets and processes to prevent issues with the upgrade. Our data gurus devised the project plan, established standards for ETL job development, trained the client staff, and successfully completed the upgrade.
