Quite frankly, it's what we do. We helped over 100 unique clients with unique needs this year. One of our favorite projects? Modernizing a global beauty retailer's approach to data and marketing.

The answer is in the room, as they say. We're honored to be in the same room as so many talented CIOs and CTOs across the country. Thank you to InspireCIO for the opportunity!

Ain't no party like a Concord party, 'cus a Concord party spans the globe! From Minneapolis to Pune, we celebrated the holidays with colleagues around the world.

One of our core values is "Do Good." We find fulfillment by serving our community - each office location raised money and volunteered for local organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Caritas Bulgaria, The Mother Global Foundation, Project Street Vet, Treehouse for Hope, and more.

  

#10. We Highlighted Client Successes

Doing great work for clients is a given. Sharing that great work and highlighting how they're transforming their industry is the next level. We highlighted the innovative work happening at Hot Topic in our latest webinar.

  

#11. We Collaborated Across the Globe

Connecting a global workforce takes collaboration, intention, and...platforms. We sent over 4 million messages on Slack this year alone.

 

#12. We Dreamed Big  

No better place to envision the future than Salesforce Dreamforce. We had a great time in San Francisco this year and are excited for the innovations to come in 2025.

  

#13. We Took AI Seriously

On a similar note, we took AI very seriously this year and are pleased to announce that we are a Salesforce Agentforce designated partner! If you're ready to kick up your AI initiatives, let's chat.

  

#14. We Visualized All the Data

When you have a Tableau Visionary on the team, you go to the Tableau conference! Sean Miller once again crushed it with his speaking engagement on data visualization. If you want a cool workshop with the master himself, we can make it happen.

 

#15. We Hit the Green 

Our golf game may not always be the prettiest, but we love supporting a good cause. This year we enjoyed charitable outings with Restaurant Technologies and Red Wing Shoe.

#17. We Enjoyed the Summer Sun

With our headquarters in Minnesota, it's critical to enjoy the sun as much as possible in the summer. We hosted our annual Patio Party todo just that.

  

#18. We Chilled Out

On the converse, we had to chill out at the Snowflake Summit this year! Always an exhilarating event, we learned so much and met some awesome people.

Let's get social! We're so pleased to be connected with all 75,000 of our friends on LinkedIn. If you're not one of them yet, the more the merrier!

 

#20. We Empowered Digital Experiences

If you love content (and we do), ContentStack's ContentCon is the place to be. We had a blast hosting the welcome party and can't wait for next year.

 

#21. We Mentored

Our Concord Women in Tech employee group launched a mentorship initiative this year for the first time. It was a great success to pair employees across the globe, across departments, and across life experiences to connect and grow together.

 

#22. We Innovated in Healthcare

Our time at the Western Operations Conference in Nashville was awesome. We love connecting with our Blues clients - and this year we got to listen to the blues, as well, while in Music City!

  

#23. We Built the Blueprint

We put together a definitive guide for CMOs to understand how to prove actual, real-life value from AI initiatives.

 

#24. We Came, We Saw, We Concord
