Minneapolis, MN (July 8, 2022): Concord has evolved significantly in the last two years. As we grow, we look to improve across the board, particularly in managing our most valuable asset – people.

To that end, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Arom to the role of Chief People Officer. In this position, Dan leads a team who supports Concord's Sales and Delivery efforts throughout the lifecycle of service engagements. His department oversees everything from human resources and legal to information systems and IT infrastructure.

We will look to Dan’s fifteen-plus years of experience at Concord to complement our existing organization and build out new functions that will shape the employee experience as we continue to grow across geographies.
