As Concord's Chief Executive Officer, Florin Ibrani directs strategic planning, development and management of the firm’s consulting services. Florin has managed and delivered strategic programs for customers with a global reach in areas of enterprise architecture, business integration, and security.

Florin embodies a pragmatic approach of service delivery by applying best practices in a manner that the customer constraints can support. His philosophy relies on understanding why the customer is engaging in an initiative, collaboratively defining what the work entails, delivering and ensuring all we do maps to measurable business value, and introducing innovations that make a real difference for the customer.

Florin started his career at Concord by forming the integration practice and building out the Data in Motion capability. Prior to Concord, Florin worked at Siebel Systems and Deloitte.

Do you have any fun or exciting hobbies?
Geography and history facts (especially war history), sport events history, cooking and tennis.
Tell us one thing no one knows about you.
I was military draft-eligible in three countries at one time or another.
If you could be any superhero who would you be and why?
Deadpool! What's not to love? Cool costume, awesome writing, frozen movie scenes when he comes out of character and talks to the audience, plus healing powers.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why?
Antarctica, because I’d like to see it before it melts.
Have you ever been told you look like someone famous? If so, who?
Not that I recall.
If you could have unlimited storage for one thing, what would it be?
Hot sauce. I have quite an extensive collection, but I am always looking for more.
What is your favorite summer activity?
Hanging out by the pool with my family and taking my three kids to various activities.
What is your favorite TV channel?
The History Channel and The Food Network.
What is one thing you did as a kid that you should have gotten in trouble for, but never caught?
