Jeff is a board member and co-founder of Concord. His role as the Chief Operations Officer is to be aligned to key relationships, key clients, and big problems, plus assume primary responsibility for Concord's culture. Jeff's focus is to help Concord define "Delivery Excellence" on all projects. During the day-to-day, he can be found offering wisdom to sales and recruiting efforts or engaging with people in a spontaneous "pop-in" fashion in his office.
Jeff's first exposure to the technology realm was in 1995 as a salesperson and recruiter for a local company specializing in mainframe and client-server staffing. The internet was a baby, fax was king, cell phones were the size of a shoebox, and his desk was a door on top of two file cabinets. Oh, and he also played DOOM and Tomb Raider a lot. Within two years, one of the owners had left, leaving Jeff solely responsible for sales, marketing, and recruiting. With limited resources, 60-hour work weeks, and a lot of freedom to make mistakes, he was able to build that company to a revenue of $23M. After just shy of 10 years, Jeff left the company to form Concord with Chris and Stu.
