Chris is a technology services leader with a background spanning 25 years focused on the Healthcare, Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, Retail, and Public Sector industries.

 

Chris comes to Concord from 2nd Watch, an AWS systems integrator based in Seattle, where he led sales, alliances, marketing, and solution architecture as Executive Vice President of Cloud Solutions. Before 2nd Watch, Chris worked at a late-stage healthcare technology startup, Cloudticity, where he led sales and business development.

 

Previous to 2nd Watch and Cloudticity, Chris worked for 12 years in various leadership roles at Dell Technologies and NTT Data, including four years in Hong Kong and across Asia. He led several sales teams at Dell, including large strategic services accounts. At NTT Data, Chris oversaw the Cloud Business Unit, responsible for establishing alliances with technology partners such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Pivotal Labs, and RedHat.

 

Before his time at NTT Data and Dell, Chris led market data and infrastructure operations at Citi, JP Morgan Chase, and Merrill Lynch.

 

Chris attended the University of Maryland and the Marine Corps Communication-Electronics School. He lives in Kansas City with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs. He enjoys partnering with his wife on her real estate projects and traveling with his family across the US and internationally.

Do you have any fun or exciting hobbies?
I wheel throw pottery when I get the chance.
If you could be any superhero who would you be and why?
I’m a traditionalist, so Superman all the way. I also appreciate the Kansas connection.
Have you ever been told you look like someone famous? If so, who?
It’s never happened to me.
What is your favorite summer activity?
Golfing and getting to a beach (under the shade if I can).
What is one thing you did as a kid that you should have gotten in trouble for, but never caught?
I had some interesting adventures with firecrackers when I was 10 and 11 years old.
Tell us one thing no one knows about you.
My first job was serving in the US Marines as an air traffic controller.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why?
I’d love to go back to Thailand for an extended period of time. One of the best countries in the world and has the friendliest people.
If you could have unlimited storage for one thing, what would it be?
This is a bad question for me, as I’m the opposite of a hoarder.
What is your favorite TV channel?
Any network that's airing a good war documentary.
