As the Chief Marketing Officer at Concord, John works with the leadership and marketing teams to unite the global marketing function, align messaging, and strengthen Concord’s go-to-market strategy.
 

As a customer-centric and hands-on growth marketer, Baglivo has served as a B2B CMO for the last 15+ years. Most recently, Baglivo led marketing organizations for several fast-growth, technology-centered consultancies, including Prophet, a leading growth and transformation consultancy based in San Francisco. In those roles, he built successful positioning and messaging strategies and created strong demand generation engines and teams. Throughout his career, Baglivo has focused on collaborating with sales teams and applying account-based marketing best practices to accelerate growth.

Do you have any fun or exciting hobbies?
I love food, wine, and travel. Also fly fishing whenever I get the chance, which is not often enough.
If you could be any superhero who would you be and why?
I guess Superman, since he can kind of do everything.

What is your favorite summer activity?
Spending time with our extended family at the New Jersey Shore (you can take the boy out of Jersey, but you cannot take the Jersey out of the boy).
What is one thing you did as a kid that you should have gotten in trouble for, but never caught?
I am going to plead the fifth on this one.
Tell us one thing no one knows about you.
I worked on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk (where the series Jersey Shore was filmed) for several summers.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why?
Tough question – there are so many great places I would like to visit – but my favorite place is London.
If you could have unlimited storage for one thing, what would it be?
Wine
What is your favorite TV channel?
Don’t really have one now, as I mainly watch sports on various channels. I did like the Food Network years ago when it was about food and cooking not competitions like it is today.
