Jennifer is focused on being an advocate for the people at Concord, aligning experiences between different resource types, and streamlining the operational processes in support of our people and stakeholder teams. She works to right-size the work critical to the organization and ensures responsibilities fit with the right skill sets. She leads the immigration efforts in support of the foreign nationals that work at Concord.

Prior to joining Concord in 2020, Jennifer worked primarily in sales and marketing roles within the financial services industry. She grew up in Madison, WI, and transferred to Minneapolis, MN, in 1993 to lead a sales team, design and implement insurance solutions for credit unions and lead strategic planning sessions with credit union boards.  In 2013, she moved into an operational role managing a large call center.

Do you have any fun or exciting hobbies?
I love to cook! I have been known to do some catering for friends and family. Although I do not have as much of an opportunity to do it, get me out on a fishing boat and I am in heaven.
If you could be any superhero who would you be and why?
Wonder Woman, of course. Oh wait, Wonder Girl - because why not just be a younger superhero?
Have you ever been told you look like someone famous? If so, who?
I have heard Geena Davis. I don’t see it.
What is your favorite summer activity?
See above - fishing!
What is one thing you did as a kid that you should have gotten in trouble for, but never caught?
Cow tipping. OK animal lovers - the cows do not actually tip.
Tell us one thing no one knows about you.
I evacuated from Three Mile Island - the nuclear plant meltdown disaster. Some say that is why I now have such a "glowing" personality.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why?
This one is a toss-up but Montana or Hawaii. I know, boring right? There is something about the peaceful and laid-back nature that is appealing to me.
If you could have unlimited storage for one thing, what would it be?
Memories - as I get older, this is becoming more apparent.
What is your favorite TV channel?
Food Network.
