Do you have any fun or exciting hobbies?
I create upcycled products. I enjoy finding flea market "trash" and turning things into unconventional pieces serving a different purpose. I am also a serial certificate seeker (many are often random such as my handwriting analysis certification).
If you could be any superhero who would you be and why?
Word Girl. She saves the day with vocabulary while teaching others and fighting crime. Her sidekick is adorable and named Captain Huggy Face.
Have you ever been told you look like someone famous? If so, who?
I've had people say a young Faye Dunaway and once, Charlize Theron, but I think they meant from the Aileen Wuornos movie.
What is your favorite summer activity?
Wasting the day at the cabin on the pontoon with my husband and son.
What is one thing you did as a kid that you should have gotten in trouble for, but never caught?
Sneaking our farm kittens into the house…all the time.
Tell us one thing no one knows about you.
If I did that, then everyone would know.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why?
Travel is a favorite pastime. I've visited all 50 states and 20 countries. I think next up will be Greece or Egypt because of their rich history.
If you could have unlimited storage for one thing, what would it be?
Photos.
What is your favorite TV channel?
HGTV.
